Interface in action
Context & implementation
An educational exercise using React and JavaScript. The interface supports adding income and expenses, reviewing entries, deleting items, and viewing the calculated balance. Data lives in application memory and does not persist after a page reload.
- 01
The idea
Show how income and expenses change a personal balance, in one simple interface.
- 02
How it was built
In React and JavaScript, a form records the amount and category of each entry. Users can review the list and remove items; the balance is recomputed from the records currently in application state.
- 03
My contribution
Individual educational exercise in components, state and conditional rendering, with a financial UI that can be explored without signup.
- 04
What is demonstrated
The interface is available online. Data lives only in memory and disappears after refresh. There is no banking integration or persistent storage.
- 05
What the code contains
- Income and expense entries.
- A transaction list with item deletion.
- Balance calculation from recorded entries.
- Interface state maintained in memory.
